RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of Support Workers
• Support children aged 5–12 with daily routines, education, and activities
• Promote independence and help children develop essential life skills
• Build positive relationships and act as a role model
• Ensure care plans, safeguarding, and regulatory standards are consistently met
• Contribute to the home’s development and success through teamwork and strong leadership
