We are independent provider UK based service who support adults with learning disabilities and other complex needs.
We are looking for Senior Support Workers and Support Workers who have the passion, drive and determination, who can lead our competent teams in continuously delivering the best care and support to our service users.

- You will be working in a fast-paced environment promoting good practice and improving the quality of service for the people we support.
- You will participate in regular training, carry out regular 1 to 1’s and be involved in the annual appraisal scheme.
This position does require you to have energy, be organised and have excellent time management as well as the experience of working with individuals with Learning Disabilities.

SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE BUT CANDIDATES NEED NURSING, SOCIAL CARE OR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS AND WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED AFTER SUCCESSFUL PROBATION TIME IS COMPLETED (6 MONTHS)
