Experienced senior required to work with adults with disabilities. Must have senior support care experience with adults, have an NVQ level 2 in health and social care and be able to work long shifts. Also be a driver with over 2 years experience driving. As will be taking clients to appointments and day care. Company car is provided for this. Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills. As well as good IT skills. You will lead the shift, ensure staff are following care plans, provide hands on personal care, take service users out, administer medication and document care plans.
