Conceptualize the visual style design and develop the style and standard of the production interface. Job Responsibilities: Customer Experience Mapping 7: Prioritize and help leaders address the most critical gaps in providing a meaningful customer experience; lead the development of a roadmap to address root causes and redesign journeys.Design and Conceptualization 7: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products and services, leveraging data to drive original design ideas and decisions.Product/Service Development 6: Deliver defined features, functionality, or outcomes from a designated part of the development/engineering program, selecting the best available approach within established systems.Customer Experiences Implementation 6: Design and coordinate implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes.Brand Positioning 6: Assist in achieving brand positioning and contribute ideas to brand plans.What you'll bring
