Job Description Colliers is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join its Industrial & Logistics team in Uxbridge. The role will focus on providing agency, advisory and transactional services to a broad client base across West London and the Thames Valley, working on high‑quality instructions for occupier, developer and investor clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue, managing client relationships, supporting junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the Industrial & Logistics business. Key Responsibilities Provide agency and professional advice across industrial and logistics assets, including acquisitions, disposals and lettings Act as a day-to-day lead on instructions, managing transactions through to completion Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, investors and occupiers Prepare marketing strategies, fee proposals, reports and client presentations Undertake inspections, appraisals and market analysis Support business development initiatives and identify new fee‑earning opportunities Collaborate with colleagues across Colliers’ wider UK platform, including Capital Markets, Building Consultancy and Occupier Services Assist in mentoring and supporting junior surveyors and graduates Ensure compliance with RICS standards, internal processes and best practice Qualifications Key Skills & Experience Proven experience working within industrial and logistics real estate Strong track record in agency and/or lease advisory Excellent commercial awareness and market knowledge of West London and Thames Valley Demonstrable ability to build, manage and grow client relationships Strong communication, negotiation and report‑writing skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple instructions effectively Qualifications MRICS qualified (or nearing completion) Degree in Real Estate or a related discipline Personal Attributes Professional, proactive and client‑focused Team player with leadership potential Strong work ethic with a solutions‑driven approach Confident, personable and credible when dealing with clients at all levels Additional Information At Colliers, you’ll enjoy competitive pay, flexible working, and strong wellbeing support — including health insurance, counselling services, and access to lifestyle discounts.
