SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree or equivalent experience in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets; proficiency with Excel and data management platforms (experience with Deepki or similar is an advantage).
• Understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, GHG Protocol, CRREM).
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-specialist audiences, both in writing and verbally.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to data quality and assurance.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities to meet reporting deadlines.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across teams.

Desirable

• Experience in the real estate or student accommodation sector.
• Knowledge of decarbonisation technologies and climate risk assessment.
• Familiarity with external assurance processes for sustainability data.
