Global Procurement proactively manages the entire supplier ecosystem, making a vital contribution to improving health outcomes, reducing costs for patients and global healthcare systems, and ensuring that Roche continues doing now what patients need next.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, deploy and upskill GP on the Sustainable Procurement framework in collaboration with key stakeholders in an engaging, efficient and impactful manner.
  • Contribute to the Sustainability Technology activities by defining requirements and supporting the deployment to ensure Sustainable Procurement and Supplier Engagement can be managed in an effective and insight driven manner.
  • Support the development of Net Zero Finance Instruments, which supports Roche in allocating financial resources in line with our climate ambition, and drive its implementation in Procurement.
  • Drive sustainability improvements across the supply base in alignment with Roche’s sustainability and supplier management strategies and ambitions, through research, education and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Engage and partner with suppliers on sustainability related aspects
  • Develop, enhance, oversee and drive adoption of relevant systems, processes, tools, training and other related sustainability materials
