Job Description The Sustainability Manager is responsible for develop, implement and manage environmental plans for the Programme. This role is crucial in implementing and managing the Environmental & Sustainability systems. The role holder will ensure they meet environmental requirements and project specifications. This position requires a collaborative approach, to foster a safety-first culture and promote sustainability, minimising environmental impact. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement plans to minimize environmental and social impact Coordinate with workstreams to review sustainability plans Set carbon reduction targets and manage waste disposal Conduct life cycle assessments and publish findings Ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulatory requirements Qualifications Minimum of 10 years' experience in developing environmental plans Proven track record of managing environmental and sustainability plans ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret environmental data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships both internally and externally. Strong leadership and team management skills.
