We’re Hiring a Sustainability Reporting Specialist
Do you have a strong background in ESRS, CSRD, and solid understanding for the interface between sustainability- and financial reporting? Are you ready to be a part of a vibrating and highly engaged team? If so, we want you on our team!
Your Role:

As a Sustainability Reporting Specialist, you will:

• Lead the annual sustainability reporting project aligned with CSRD and ESRS requirements
• Run the quarterly sustainability reporting
• Be overall responsible for gathering and processing sustainability related data
• Provide expert guidance on sustainability regulations and compliance
• Play a key role in designing and building an integrated reporting approach using the Group’s reporting tools
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality, audit-ready reporting in line with EU regulations.
• Head the annual assurance project on behalf of the sustainability team
• Report to the Chief Sustainability Officer and be part of the Group Sustainability team yet with daily collaboration with the financial reporting team

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-10 years of experience in sustainability reporting, audit, or advisory.
• Deep understanding of ESRS, CSRD, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Background in a Big Four firm is a strong advantage.
• Project leadership skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
