Role Overview:


We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft O365, Server & Storage administration, On-Premises and Cloud services, IT Asset Management, and Telephony systems. This role requires a proactive professional who can independently handle end-to-end IT operations while ensuring high availability, security, and performance of all IT systems.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and endpoint devices.
  • Ensure system availability, performance, security, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, access controls, MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP policies.
  • Support Azure/AWS cloud services, provisioning, monitoring, backup, and optimization.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Manage storage systems, backups, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
  • Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, software licensing, procurement, and lifecycle management.
  • Support VoIP/PBX systems including 3CX, CloudTalk, Cisco, Grandstream, and Yealink.
  • Manage telephony configurations, SIP trunks, call routing, IVR, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage IT vendors, contracts, SLAs, renewals, and service coordination.
  • Implement security controls, endpoint protection, patch management, and compliance practices.
  • Provide Level 2/3 technical support and maintain IT documentation.


Requirements:


  • 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune).
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
  • Experience with storage systems (SAN/NAS) and backup/disaster recovery solutions.
  • Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Experience managing hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and cloud-to-on-prem integrations.
  • Working knowledge of IT asset management tools and processes.
  • Hands-on experience administering telephony/VoIP/PBX systems such as 3CX, CloudTalk, Cisco, Grandstream, and Yealink PBX.
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, switching/routing).
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven experience in vendor management — contract negotiation, SLA tracking, and coordination with IT service/telecom providers.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under pressure.
