Description
Your responsibilities:
You are responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems for SME customers (also at external locations).
You analyze, plan, implement and monitor network solutions for customers, including firewall configuration and VPN setup (focus on Watchguard firewalls, Netgear switches, UniFi switches and UniFi access points).
You manage and maintain Windows, including updates, patches, and data backup.
You implement and monitor security policies and data protection standards for customers.
You will accompany IT projects from the presales phase to implementation and will also be available to our existing customers for technical questions.
You identify and resolve IT problems for customers, both remotely and on-site.
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and system documentation
You will support our sales team with your technical expertise.
You develop new concepts for optimizing IT systems.

Who we are looking for:
Important prerequisites...
You have completed IT-oriented vocational training (e.g., IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d)) or a comparable degree (e.g., computer science, business informatics, software engineering)
You possess qualified professional experience (at least 5 years) in the aforementioned field of work, including project experience.
You have in-depth knowledge of Windows Server and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
You have an understanding of network topologies, routing and switching, firewall configuration and VPN.
You bring in-depth knowledge of Microsoft on-premise and cloud solutions.
You have the ability to analyze complex IT problems and develop solutions efficiently.
You have good English skills, both spoken and written.
