Job Summary

Best Food Company LLC is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in managing cloud, on-premises, network, security, backup, and enterprise IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the availability, security, performance, and reliability of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Manage Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam Cloud Backup solutions.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPO), and user access management.
• Manage file servers and shared folders, including permissions, access control, and data security.
• Configure and maintain Exclaimer Email Signature integration with Microsoft 365.
• Configure and support SonicWall Firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies.
• Monitor cybersecurity controls, endpoint security, and vulnerability remediation.
• Provide technical support for servers, storage systems, CCTV, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, cloud, server, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for technical support, maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Ensure IT systems are properly maintained, monitored, and secured.
