The platform offers a variety of services including ride-hailing, intercity travel, delivery, and task assistance, operating in multiple cities across various countries and serving a large global user base. 🧩 Project Description: The project focuses on optimizing support processes and automation within a large-scale service platform. The specialist will gather requirements, design workflows and SLAs, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and ensure measurable impact through data-driven improvements. 🤝 Soft Skills: • Highly proactive with the ability to independently identify stakeholders and drive tasks to completion • Stakeholder management – comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, from senior developers to product managers. • Curious mindset – challenges existing processes and looks for continuous improvement. • Strong communication – able to have project-related conversations with product managers and other team members. • Strong time management, organization, and reliability 💡 Hard Skills / Must Have: • 3+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst or in a similar role • Experience with support or incident management systems • Strong process mapping, requirements analysis, and documentation skills • Good technical understanding of integrations including APIs and workflows 📌 Responsibilities and Tasks: • Analyze and improve support processes including verification, first-line support, and incident management • Collect and document requirements and translate them into system specifications and user stories • Design and optimize automation flows, SLAs, and escalation rules • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams to deliver effective solutions • Track KPIs and ensure automation delivers measurable impact 🧪 Technology Stack: System Analysis 📞 Interview stages: • English check (15 minutes) • internal technical interview (1-1,5hour) • client interview (1 hour) • client interview – cultural fit (45 minutes) 📩 Ready to Join?
