Job Description – Senior Expert (Software Download & Connectivity) Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Expert with strong knowledge and experience in Software (SW) Download, Connectivity, and Uptime Services for both onboard and offboard systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define end-to-end software deployment solutions and drive technical concepts from requirement analysis through governance approval. Key Responsibilities Strong knowledge and experience in the area of SW download, connectivity, and uptime services on onboard or offboard side. Work as a team member and collaborate & support other architects in the team to define end-to-end SW deployment solutions. Be self-driven and a team player who takes accountability for assigned tasks. Execute according to given plans and directives. Analyze and apply knowledge and experience in the areas of uncertainties. Lead and collaborate with stakeholders (production, aftermarket & development) for requirement analysis and further break down requirements to define technical concepts. Anchor the proposed concepts at various governance forums for approval. Document the concept work and decision log for future references. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge in Remote SW Download (Over-The-Air transfer) and connectivity services/functions, with experience in related onboard and offboard systems. Experience Senior Expert: This position typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience and is recognized as an expert in the discipline.
