The role involves translating technical designs into robust solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring adherence to Pega development guardrails. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Pega version 7.x, performance tuning, and integration protocols, preferably within the telecom domain. What you’ll do Implement technical designs created by Lead System Architects using Pega PRPC 7.2. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical advice and support. Ensure compliance with Pega development guardrails and best practices. Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to deliver functional and non-functional requirements. Conduct performance analysis and tuning of Pega applications. Support integration with CTI systems such as Genesys and PegaCall. Apply general IT skills including Java, Unix shell scripting, Oracle SQL, and WebLogic. Who you are Certified Pega Senior System Architect with 5–6 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated success in implementing Pega applications from design to production. Strong understanding of Pega design principles, class structures, UI, agents, and integrations. Experience in greenfield projects and performance optimisation. Familiarity with telecom domain and CTI integrations is advantageous. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
