About the role

You will join an established agile team responsible for the management and further development of statistical tools in a business where quality, user benefit and IT security are central. The role spans both frontend and backend and is suitable for those who enjoy working closely with both technology and business.

You work together with requirements experts, object specialists and test managers, and are involved in prioritizing solutions based on user needs, business requirements and technical and security conditions. The role also includes contributing to more complex support cases where qualified developer skills are needed.

Here you will combine new development, management, close dialogue and problem solving in an environment where you also contribute to the team's development through onboarding and knowledge sharing. This makes the role particularly interesting for those who want to have breadth in their everyday life and work with a modern Microsoft stack in an agile context.

Job duties

• You develop and manage statistical tools in both frontend and backend.
• You will collaborate closely with requirements experts, object specialists and test managers to translate needs into sustainable solutions.
• You are involved in influencing priorities based on user needs, requirements, and technical and IT security needs.
• You contribute to both development work and management efforts, with elements of requirements and testing work.
• You solve more complex support cases where the first line needs support from deeper developer expertise.
• You share knowledge in the team and support the onboarding of less experienced colleagues.

Claim

• At least five (5) years of experience in IT development in a Microsoft environment such as .NET.
• At least five (5) years of experience developing in Microsoft SQL Server.
• At least five (5) years of experience in code version control, for example with GIT.
• At least three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, working with agile methodologies.
• At least three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, working in Azure DevOps.
• At least three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, in development supported by web frameworks such as React and Typescript.
• You take great responsibility in your work and actively contribute to the dialogue with stakeholders and users.
• You are interested in supporting the team's skills development through knowledge sharing and onboarding.

Meritorious

• At least four years of documented work experience in C# development.
• At least four years of documented work experience in development in .Net Framework 4.8.
• At least one year of documented work experience with .Net 8 or later version.
• At least four years of documented work experience in advanced development in SQL, such as stored procedures or longer scripts.
