This team is responsible for ensuring the video quality and stability of large and/or strategically important streaming events. You will be part of a team of Event Engineers that supports events by assisting in event planning, providing an onsite presence during events, serving as a technical point of contact for third parties, engaging in high touch onboarding, troubleshooting video problems and supporting feature development activities such as Enhanced Broadcasting. You Will: Provide pre-production consulting, capacity planning, preflight testing and active monitoring for events from both remote and onsite contexts Act as a technical point of contact for third-parties Engage in high-touch onboarding for Twitch partners, VIPs and other strategic individuals Troubleshoot video problems for other Twitch teams Assist product teams with video-related Twitch feature development You Have: 5+ years of experience designing live production setups Proven ability to deliver under pressure in a live environment. Preferably TV or streaming video.
