Description:

• Support and operation of a heterogeneous IT infrastructure in a data center environment (Windows, Linux and web systems)
• Administration, configuration and troubleshooting of servers, clients and identity management solutions
• Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of network, Exchange, Citrix and SCCM environments
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of server hardware (HPE) as well as antivirus solutions
• User support via telephone as well as maintenance and updating of the technical documentation
• Assisting with the implementation of smaller IT projects and ensuring the smooth operation of the IT system.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10/11, and good knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange and Citrix
• Excellent knowledge of network technologies (Cisco, Genoa, F5)
• Safe handling of antivirus solutions and standard IT hardware
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general IT infrastructures
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
