Your tasks:

• Analysis of specifications, derivation of requirements specifications at system and subsystem level (Requirements Engineering in DOORS), design of robust system architectures and interface definition.
• Responsibility for system simulations, qualifications and environmental tests; creation of test specifications as well as coordination and commissioning of system test benches and prototypes.
• Technical leadership of work packages in (cross-site) teams, management of external development partners and participation in make-or-buy decisions.
• Technical representation to customers, support in the preparation of technical offers during the acquisition phase, and creation of system documentation.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in systems engineering and in the design of complex systems, machines or assemblies.
• Solid knowledge of requirements management (e.g. DOORS) as well as confident use of MS Office, MS Project and SAP R/3.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, high level of initiative, leadership and assertiveness skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
