Job Description Accountability for availability and uptime of corporate systems (e.g. routers, switches, phones, firewalls, cloud components, workstations, laptops etc.) Manage internal applications (e.g. AD, Office 365, Jira, Confluence, Teams. Okta, Workato) including access management. Maintain physical office infrastructure, including but not limited to setup of workstations and desk moves as directed by management. Adopt best security practices in line with NIST/SOC2 Cyber security framework (e.g. Surveillance, Data Loss Prevention, Intrusion Detection, Event Logging, Application Monitoring and Reporting, Mobile Policies, Firewall Policies, etc) Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of work instructions and internal procedures. Aid the members of the team where needed. Work with local vendors to ensure equipment is to Nearmap standards Work to automate everything we do! Qualifications OS experience across - Windows, Mac OS, Linux. 5+ years System Administration experience Exposure to scripting languages – Bash, PowerShell Office365, Active Directory (inc Group Policy and administration) Okta MDM (Kandji, Intune) Exposure to cloud infrastructure deployment and management - AWS Networking and firewall experience Strong customer service skills Ability to communicate across all levels of the business Strong awareness of Data Security Strong technical documentation skills Ability to communicate across all levels of the business Ability to mentor other Staff members Automation using low code tools and API`s Additional Information Working at Nearmap We move fast and work smart; often wearing multiple hats.
