Description

REQUIREMENTS:

· 7+ years’ experience in progressive technical roles
· Proven experience in systems, network, storage, and Azure cloud administration, with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and industry trends
· Excellent analytical skills and communication skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams
· Expert knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, and authentication mechanisms
· Expert knowledge of Windows server administration including Group Policy, DNS, AD Certificate Services, IIS, and RDS
· Advanced knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration with a focus on Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Defender for Endpoint, and Power Platform
· Advanced knowledge of Azure services including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Application Gateway, Azure Monitor, and Azure Virtual Networking
· Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices including firewalls, encryption, and EDR/XDR solutions
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune MDM administration
· Proficiency in scripting for automation using tools such as PowerShell and Azure CLI
· Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, ACLs, and route tables

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
· Familiarity with SolarWinds monitoring platform
· Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM
· Familiarity with Linux operating system administration
· Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
· Familiarity with Managed File Transfer solutions such as GoAnywhere MFT
· Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese

Responsibilities

· Administer and support cloud-based and on-premises computer systems and server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance through proactive monitoring and issue resolution
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting of complex issues, acting as a key escalation point and technical resource for peers
· Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
· Monitor and respond to system outages both inside and outside of business hours while participating in an on-call rotation
· Manage and maintain identity and access permissions and policies
· Develop and maintain documentation of systems configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides to promote internal knowledge sharing
· Implement and identify new opportunities for automation to optimize operational efficiency
· Apply security updates, patches, and execute upgrades and migrations while ensuring system stability
· Manage user endpoints and mobile devices utilizing MDM solutions
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and implement IT operations continuous improvement
