PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in software development, project management, or financial/business analysis
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization/reporting tools
• Certifications such as ITIL v3+ or Agile Scrum Foundation are a plus

• Serve as the application owner for assigned HR and Payroll systems throughout their lifecycle
• Configure, test, support, and document business software applications
• Analyze and document business processes, identifying and implementing improvements
• Provide technical and functional support for ADP Workforce Now and ADP Workforce Manager
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party support teams
• Stay current on ADP releases and system enhancements; lead rollout of applicable improvements
• Support data integration efforts, including API, data mapping, and third-party system connections
• Create and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for internal stakeholders
• Assist with compliance reporting (ACA, EEOC) and system data integrity
• Mentor junior staff and act as a resource for complex troubleshooting and best practices
• Participate in broader IT projects where applicable (e.g., BI tools, intranet content, automation workflows)
