YOUR SKILLS & ABILITIES (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS):

  • Bachelor’s degree in AI/ML, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology or a closely related concentration; or equivalent knowledge to a Bachelor’s degree with the same concentration combined with 7+ years of full-time relevant experience
  • Proven experience in business or systems analysis, including translating business needs into technical requirements for data-driven projects
  • Hands-on experience with Python and data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib )
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch )
  • Proficiency with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL ) and data modeling
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience in model validation techniques and data quality assurance
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD and MLOps principles and tools

  • A passion for learning new technologies and a proactive approach to tasks

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As an AI/ML Senior Systems Analyst, you will be a key contributor to solving complex business challenges by designing and implementing intelligent solutions. You will leverage your skills in business analysis, data analytics, and AI/ML development to translate business needs into technical specifications and robust systems. Working within an agile team, you will focus on delivering value through data-driven insights, iterative model development, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Analyzing business problems, defining requirements, and designing AI/ML-powered solutions to address them.
  • Performing data exploration, cleansing, and preparation; developing and validating predictive and prescriptive models using Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting AI/ML models and the systems that support them.
  • Collaborating with your team to understand requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to accurate effort estimation.
  • Developing processes for model validation, performance monitoring, and data quality assurance to ensure reliability.
  • Assisting in the deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of models and applications in various environments, contributing to MLOps pipelines.
  • Actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge, and seeking opportunities for professional growth and development.
