Description EVS seeks a Senior Systems Analyst (eCRAFT: Engineer/Scientist, Systems III – ESY3) to analyze, plan, and implement enterprise IT solutions supporting NSWCDD mission systems. Responsibilities: - Define business and technical requirements aligned with DoDAF standards. - Support application testing, architecture planning, and data management. - Utilize IBM System Architect or equivalent tools for system modeling. Work is **non-remote** and will be performed **on-site** at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA Employment will begin **upon contract award** Requirements Six (6) years of systems analysis or architecture experience. Experience with DoDAF and enterprise-level IT design. **Certification Required:** IAT III. **Clearance Required:** SECRET (T3).
