We’re hiring a Senior Systems Analyst to support Epic ASAP, focusing on Emergency Department workflows and rapid response systems. Why Join Us? After 90 days, remote work is an option, with preference for candidates within 50 miles of The Medical Center. Occasional onsite presence is required to support Rover and Smartpump workflows. Core Responsibilities: Lead configuration and support for Epic ASAP modules. Partner with ED clinicians to streamline triage and treatment workflows. Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements. Coordinate upgrades and training initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: Epic certification (ASAP preferred). Experience in emergency medicine or urgent care settings. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Skills & Requirements • Required H.S. Diploma or GED • Preferred bachelor's degree computer science, business administration, healthcare administration or another related field • Preferred Epic certification • Required 9 years' experience in hospital information systems selection, implementation, and support • Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience. • Up to two (2) years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two (2) years of information systems experience on a month-to-month basis. • Direct work experience at the Epic Systems Corporation © will be counted at a premium, with every one (1) year of Epic Systems Corporation © experience counted as two (2) years of experience.
