General Overview: MTSI is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst (DES Director's Action Group) to join our team! In this role, you will support Missile Defense Agency Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Directorate (MDA/DES) program management and senior leaders including task tracking, internal/external communication, meeting management, and other staff actions as necessary. Job Description/Responsibilities: Support the MDA/DES leadership in management of M&S programs and execution of Director for Engineering functions. Support M&S task tracking and execution by teams and individuals. Support Working Groups and other venues as needed. Support MDA/DES responses to Director for Engineering tasks and initiatives. Prepare and revise documentation to capture leadership guidance, record accomplishments, respond to senior leader questions, respond to external inquiries and taskings, etc. Analyze new tasks and recommend courses of action to satisfy requirements. Support MDA/DES near-term and long-term task tracking and planning. Identify process improvements for greater program effectiveness and cost savings. Assist development of innovative methods and tools to support M&S activities and tasks. Required Experience/Skills: Master's degree with 12+ years' work experience in the Missile Defense System domain or other complex DoD programs/projects. In lieu of a master's degree, a bachelor's degree with 20+ years' work experience in the Missile Defense System domain or other complex DoD programs/projects is required. Task oriented with excellent people skills, ability to work in a team environment. Strong work ethic and proactive in all tasks. Demonstrated ability to directly support senior leaders as needed on ad hoc tasks, daily requirements, standing processes and recurring meetings. Demonstrated judgement and prudence in supporting senior leader communications. Demonstrated clear and effective communications skills (oral and written). Able to draft documents from templates, revise documents for clarity and brevity, and develop executive summaries. Working knowledge of TEAMS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access). Active DoD Secret Clearance with experience handling classified documents. Desired skills: Experience with Qlik or Power Business Intelligence (BI) business analytics software highly desired. #LI-AS1
