Overview:
The Tech Services, Operational Support Team is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. The People and Capability Technology Services team is responsible for functional support of P&C Systems utilized at Mastercard – with a primary focus on Workday. The P&C Technology Services supports all programs and groups in P&C. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the system meets business needs.
