EDUCATION:

  • IT-related degree or equivalent experience (minimum High School diploma or GED and 8+ years of relevant technical experience).

EXPERIENCE:

  • 6+ years of experience in system administration, systems analysis, or enterprise application ownership, with a blend of SaaS platform and custom integration support.

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Proven experience owning and supporting SaaS applications and integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for APIs, integration flows, and application data exchanges.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with .NET environments and the ability to engage effectively with development teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate on projects that span multiple teams, proactively engage stakeholders, and help translate business needs into sustainable technology solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Azure services, especially in a SaaS/application hosting context.
  • Proficient understanding of SAML, SSO, and identity management best practices.
  • Broad technical experience across Microsoft Stack: M365, Windows Server, and Azure.
  • Familiarity with ITIL service management processes and structured change practices.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong project and self-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities

PURPOSE:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to own, optimize, and support a critical suite of enterprise SaaS applications and integrations. This individual will be the technical owner of platforms such as Samsara, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and OnBase, ensuring they effectively support business processes while advancing automation, integration, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will excel at bridging the gap between business workflows and technical back-end systems, including analyzing and troubleshooting integration points, managing platform configurations, and supporting custom .NET-based systems. This role requires strong technical acumen, proactive communication skills, and the ability to balance agile troubleshooting with structured change management practices.
This is a key role for someone passionate about enterprise application ownership, whether in-house or SaaS, business process improvement, and building sustainable, scalable solutions.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the technical owner for enterprise applications, managing configuration, administration, automation, optimization, user support, and lifecycle planning.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze integration points between SaaS platforms and custom-developed/on-premise systems.
  • Understand and support end-to-end business workflows across applications, integrations, and back-end services.
  • Query and interpret back-end data (primarily SQL) to diagnose issues, validate business reporting, and ensure system integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with internal developers and business stakeholders to ensure reliability and accuracy of connected systems.
  • Proactively manage and monitor cloud-based infrastructure components supporting enterprise apps, particularly within Azure.
  • Ensure systems adhere to best practices for security, availability, data integrity, and identity management (SAML/SSO).
  • Maintain and continuously improve technical documentation, workflows, data mappings, and support procedures.
  • Support structured change management and ITIL-aligned practices, ensuring system updates and changes are well-documented and effectively communicated.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure service levels are met and platform capabilities continue to align with business needs.
