What will you be doing?
You will work in a fast-paced environment in a small, agile team where you will collaborate with teams across the company to tackle complex technical challenges. You will be responsible to communicate with internal stakeholders to establish requirements. You will support monitoring solutions to measure the user experience and report deficiencies on cutting edge technologies such as 5G network. This position serves as the senior systems analyst in network monitoring solutions team. Using such as Netscout and Gigamon, you will have to design and develop reports for Telecom network teams. You are expected to work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex interworking problems, data feed issues and user reported product issues.
You will be supporting project activities across the organization throughout the entire support operations of the solutions including managing key relationships with our partner organizations. You will participate in the roadmap and vision for the evolution of systems, and always consider the future in support solution designs.

Your technical skills include:
Deep level troubleshooting of network protocols - specifically 3G,4G & 5G.
Experience with Netscout, Tektronix or similar telecommunications monitoring tool is an asset.
Degree in computer electrical, science, software engineering or equivalent experience.
Best practice documentation on Network Management with product infrastructure.
Exposure to wireless networks (3G, 4G, 5G) along with their respective flows and protocols.
Prior experience doing software upgrades, installing patches, recreating issues, and following escalation protocols.
Manage caseload within published service level agreements (SLAs).
