In this role, you will have a significant impact on mission-critical initiatives by analyzing, maintaining, and optimizing warehouse and asset management systems. Your expertise will help ensure the reliability and scalability of these critical systems, aligning them with operational requirements. This position involves working closely with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that facilitate business growth and efficiency. \n Accountabilities Provide in-depth analysis and technical support of applications, including complex problem resolution and user support. Maintain system integrity by researching and installing application patches and performing configuration updates. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency. Diagnose and resolve system incidents and configuration errors. Support multiple application platforms and collaborate with various teams to maintain operations. Design integrations with other enterprise systems and develop necessary code. Document requirements and technical specifications through stakeholder meetings. Identify automation opportunities to streamline repetitive processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related discipline; 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. 8+ years of experience in IT systems analysis. Hands-on experience in installing, patching, and troubleshooting server-based applications. Experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems. Strong skills in report authoring and managing database systems (SQL, Oracle). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
