Location: Columbus, Ohio
Position Type: 12-month contract
Position Term: Report to the office located in downtown Columbus, Ohio twice a week
An experienced, skilled, and motivated Senior Systems Analyst with systems and business analysis, and quality assurance experience for developing the web applications.
A sound understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience with Standard Query Language (SQL) and producing business reports using SQL reports.
This position will function as a highly skilled and hands-on experience senior Sys Systems Analyst with experience in software development and quality assurance with specific responsibilities that include:
Creates information systems documentation to identify business and functional requirements; coordinates activities for requirements gathering and analyzing information regarding information technology system(s).
Performs impact analysis to identify system and process inter-dependencies; Collects and analyzes data to provide informed options for decision-making
Develops Request for Proposal (RFP) preparation, vendor solution evaluations & recommendations to meet defined business requirements.
Creates Information Technology systems and process flows and flowcharts; decomposes complex processes; develops technical specification documents

SKILLS:

TEN years in contributing to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from the design phase to the implementation phase of Web Applications; Demonstrated in the Sprint Planning and execution with project management principles; experience in building test automation frameworks; translating customer requirements into functional requirements for web applications development.
Technical Documentation skills; Communication skills with both non-technical and technical clients Required
Translating customer requirements into functional software requirements, and leverage the latest tech trends for organizational efficiency Required
Lead Role as Business Process Analyst/Systems Engineering – analyzing business requirements, developing & maintaining technical requirements Required
A sound understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience with Standard Query Language (SQL) and producing business reports using SQL Highly desired
Quality Assurance – Test Cases Creation, Documentation, execution, Load Test, Performance Testing both manual and automated Required
Power BI, JIRA and any other business analysis tools experience Highly desired
Azure DevOps Experience Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Nice to hav
