Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Operations Analyst to grow into a Strategic Business Partner who will start by leading systems integrations, reporting, and operational efficiency across our business platforms. This role is critical in ensuring our systems and workflows are optimized, scalable, and support data-driven decision making. This is not an entry-level role. Training will not be provided, as we require a candidate who can hit the ground running and serve as a subject matter expert from day one.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in any of the following: Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain/Operations Management or a closely related technical field (Bachelor’s degrees in other fields/disciplines or Bachelor’s of the Arts will not be considered).
  • Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in systems operations, systems analysis, or process improvement with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end projects.
  • Experience in small to medium-sized business environments with tangible successes in company process, goals and procedures strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Own, maintain, and optimize core business systems (BuilderTrend, ServiceTitan, Hive, Quickbooks, Sharepoint, Excel, MS-Suite/G-Suite) to ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Identify inefficiencies in system processes and implement solutions to improve operations in all areas, including inventory system buildout and related functions, and integrating AI into daily functions to increase efficiencies in all aspects of the business.
  • Build and train others in reporting tools that provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Partner with, and lead internal stakeholders to align system functions with business needs, including meaningful process improvements for current internal processes.
  • Ensure and lead compliance with data governance, security, and audit standards.
  • Build, implement and oversee integrations between platforms to ensure smooth data flow and eliminate redundancies.
  • Provide technical leadership, and written SOPs for any/all systems-related projects and initiatives you have recommended and/or built.
  • High level reporting and data analysis.
