The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Systems Design & Integration Specialist to join the team in Everett, WA; Kent, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, Mo; or North Charleston, SC.
We are seeking a high-level Microsoft 365 (M365)/Exchange Administrator to oversee and support our M365 environment, with a strong focus on automation and scripting using PowerShell/Graph. The role includes managing Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and compliance features, while developing scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation for critical support and incident response. The ideal candidate has deep experience with M365 services, email security protocols, and strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in Microsoft 365/Exchange environments
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Purview and other M365 collaboration tools
  • Experience with Microsoft 365/Exchange governance, compliance, identity/access management, and automation
  • Experience with strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and engage with senior stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with Exchange, Microsoft, and automation
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, and enterprise change management frameworks
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries
  • Experience with PowerShell, SQL, and Graph
Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team responsible for the technical operation, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle of M365 collaboration services
  • Drive adoption of M365 tools through governance, training enablement, and user experience enhancements
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, data governance, and Information Technology (IT) infrastructure teams to ensure M365 solutions meet Boeing’s enterprise standards for security, scalability, and compliance
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and implement M365/Exchange solutions that improve productivity and streamline workflows
  • Monitor service performance, usage analytics, and operational metrics to ensure platform reliability and to inform continuous improvement efforts
  • Stay informed on Microsoft roadmap updates and industry best practices; serve as the internal liaison with Microsoft and other key vendors
