POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, and integration of complex electronic systems for our cutting-edge products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and mechanical engineers, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in systems engineering, or similar role, with a focus on electronics product development. Experience in leading complex projects from concept to production. Consumer electronics, or display systems knowledge preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  o Strong understanding of electronic systems design, including analog and digital circuit design, embedded systems, signal processing, and power management.
  o Broad technical knowledge in a variety of disciplines, including Electrical Engineering, Firmware Development, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing Test, and Software Development.
  o Experience with system integration, testing, and debugging.
  o Knowledge of product regulatory standards and compliance (e.g. FCC, HDMI, USB).

o Familiarity with development tools such as Azure DevOps, Oracle Agile, Confluence preferred

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and manage technical projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system design documents, test plans, and reports. Promote best practices in systems engineering and product development.
• Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve product performance and reduce costs.
