About the role and team This is a senior technical role responsible for the design, architecture and development of scalable business systems that improve firm productivity and deliver a strong end-user experience. You will work within a collaborative, pragmatic team that embraces flexibility and work/life balance. The role combines hands-on development with solution design leadership, contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring developers across the delivery lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Working with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and system architectures. Leading and contributing to application and integration design for key line-of-business systems. Designing and developing workflow-driven and web-based applications within established frameworks. Ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to architectural and security standards. Supporting CI/CD, automated testing and release processes. Providing technical guidance, code review and mentoring to developers. About you Significant experience as a Senior Systems Developer or similar role. Strong background in application design, architecture and integration patterns. Advanced skills in .NET / C#, JavaScript and modern web technologies. Strong database and SQL development capability. Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments. Clear communicator able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with workflow or low-code platforms such as K2 / Nintex is highly desirable.
