The Digital Services Department at The Royal Marsden has a highly successful track record of developing clinical and research applications in support of world-leading cancer care and research.
The Trust is embarking on a new digital strategy offering opportunities across professional and low-code development - including software as a medical device and AI - to meet ambitious strategic objectives focused on pioneering new treatments and improved outcomes for patients.
We are looking for a full-stack developer to join our resident software development team to innovate and deliver applications for large-scale use at the Trust and increasingly across the NHS.
You will have significant experience of the software development lifecycle; be familiar with modern Microsoft tools and technologies, including Azure DevOps; and be comfortable in a diverse role, engaging with users in an Agile development approach. You will join a strongly motivated team that makes a difference to the experience of clinicians and patients through the delivery of well-regarded, modern software solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity either for an experienced developer from another sector to enter the field of clinical application development, or a developer with experience of healthcare, to further their skills as part of a high-performing team at a class-leading organisation.
