What you’ll achieve As a Senior Systems Development Engineer, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyses of existing systems. You will: Design and implement intelligent test automation using AI and agentic tools to accelerate validation cycles. Execute hands-on testing on x86 / ARM based systems, configure systems, identify and report defects, and deliver detailed diagnostics. Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance test coverage and improve product quality. Utilize AI to extract insights from design specs and documentation, driving proactive validation and better customer outcomes. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Design & implement agentic AI systems with capabilities such as goal-directed behavior, memory, planning, and self-reflection. Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) with external tools, APIs, and environments to enable autonomous task execution. Develop frameworks for multi-agent collaboration, agent simulation, and emergent behavior. Optimize agent performance through reinforcement learning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ML researchers, software engineers, and product managers and ensure scalability, reliability, and security of agentic systems in production environments.
