MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with systems automation, and with systems design and implementation.
  • 5 years of experience with technical infrastructure (e.g., deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting), and with reliability of technical infrastructure.
  • 3 years of experience with Kubernetes or a similar container orchestration platform.
  • 3 years of experience with TCP/IP networking, and diagnosing and resolving network-related issues.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade storage systems including SAN, NAS, or distributed file systems.
  • Experience with physical data center operations including hardware installation, power and cooling management, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of hypervisors (e.g., KVM, vSphere, Hyper-V) and experience managing virtualized environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients to understand their technical needs.
  • Strong background in identity and access management, including enterprise-level solutions like active directory or LDAP.

Responsibilities
  • Perform complex day to day troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure issues (Network, Storage, Servers, OS, Kubernetes, etc.).
  • Participate in customer, partner, and internal team deployments which will require international travel.
  • Be ble to personify and own the IO persona experiences defined in GDC air-gapped product.
  • Participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation to support escalations from client deployments as well as internal reference deployments.
