MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Preferred Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• Proven experience in Systems Support, Systems Engineering or Enterprise Architecture roles (10+ years)
• Strong expertise in Windows and Linux Server administration
• Windows AD/GPO/Hybrid expertise critical
• Hands-on experience with scripting (Powershell, Bash, etc.)
• Hands-on experience debugging third-party software solutions from an operating system & networking standpoint.
• 5+ Years experience administering Microsoft365 products

• Logging, Alerting and resolving critical components within core systems proactively
• Audited compliance, keeping track of, and implementing changes as and when required through penetration tests and audits.
