You’ll be a key contributor to our engineering culture, helping shape the way we work and grow together. Design and evolve platform architecture with a shift-left mindset to ensure availability, security and reliability. Apply your understanding of the telco industry and industry/open-source standards to inform technical choices Structure and run reliability practices including monitoring and incident response Support multiple development and operations teams with automation, platforms and systems. Build, operate and enhance service mesh technologies and multi-cluster architectures Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning Continuously improve performance, cost-efficiency and developer experience of all systems. Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure platform reliability Champion version control and automation tools (e.g. Git, ArgoCD, CI/CD) Apply, build and structure networking concepts in containerised environments Design systems with a security-first mindset, including encryption, segmentation, and compliance Script in Go or Python (a bonus, not a must) Ready to join? The company’s main focus is nbn™ (NBN) subscription plans and bundles to residential homes, small businesses, not-for-profits, corporate/enterprise and managed service providers.
