Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for technical communication with the customer's technical team. Lead and participate in the system architecture design in the RFI/RFQ phases. Evaluate the customer's technical requirements and customer compliance matrix. Lead and be responsible for technical negotiations with the customer. Pay attention to and study the technical iteration of the EE system architecture of the power battery. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: Degree in electrical, communication, microelectronics, embedded or other science and engineering related fields. More than one year working experience in Li-ion power battery industry or other ECU development experience. Familiar with the development, design and manufacturing technology of lithium ion power battery, and the current situation of lithium battery technology,and have a deep understanding of the development trend. Knowledge of traction battery electrical system or BMS control system and diagnostic system. Familiar with CANoe, MS Office. Strong self-learning ability and work drive.
