EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• A self-motivated problem solver who is curious and shows a willingness to learn and grow.
• Extensive scripting and automation experience in Terraform, Ansible or PowerShell.
• Experience in managing Hybrid cloud environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, Windows Servers and AD implementation.
• Proficient in managing and implementation of Linux servers (Red Hat preferrable).
• Level 3 systems and application support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Automate processes and workflows to improve efficiency using tools like Terraform, Ansible and PowerShell.
• Administer a mix of Windows and RHEL servers both on-prem and in the cloud.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services, servers, and network.
• Maintain operating systems and applications; adhere to patch management cycles.
• Provide technical assistance and support to staff, administrators, and vendors.
• Collaborate with security team to ensure security standards across the infrastructure.
• Manage projects to ensure delivery of services in line with objectives.
• Document all managed systems comprehensively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Following compliance and architectural principles.
