Your tasks

• Analysis, evaluation and further development of the diagnostic capabilities of Jungheinrich and third-party vehicles for customer service
• Conception, integration, validation and lifecycle management of diagnostic solutions within the service and application landscape
• Participation in the design of requirements, governance and knowledge management for diagnostic processes and systems
• Definition of technical requirements for diagnostic applications and management of internal and external development partners
• Ensuring the quality of new diagnostic functions through test concepts, validation, and rollout support.
• Analysis, coordination and processing of error messages, as well as management of the solution-finding process with relevant stakeholders.
