Description

Key Responsibilities Customer-Facing Engineering: * Consult with end customers and distributors to understand technical requirements. * Provide engineering recommendations and value engineering solutions. * Develop submittal drawings and operational philosophy documentation. * Support customer-facing problem resolution and change management. System Design & Hardware Development: * Create AutoCAD Electrical drawings and design documentation. * Develop and release Bills of Materials (BOMs). * Prepare shop folder documentation for manufacturing. * Generate high-quality technical documentation and as-built drawings. * Follow the project schedule and ensure on-time deliverables. Product & Process Engineering: * Apply tools like ESW, iDFMEA, 7-Step Problem Solving, and FIRG to ensure product integrity. * Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. * Interface with multiple stakeholders (suppliers, manufacturing, purchasing, etc.) to ensure quality product decisions. * Contribute to technical reviews and cross-functional design integration.
