BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a US Citizen and possess Top Secret clearance eligible SCI access by contract start
  • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Engineering Science, Computer Science, or a related field, and 12+ yrs. demonstrated work experience within Systems Engineering
  • Demonstrated high level of in-depth expertise in design and develop of new capabilities supporting complex system with exacting interface, performance, and security requirements.
  • 10+ yrs. experience on National Security Agency (NSA) High Assurance Internet Protocol Interoperability Specification (HAIPIS) and NSA Type-I certified High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor (HAIPE)
  • 5+ yrs. experience with design, development, testing, and evaluation of KIV-7M, KG-175(D, G, F, X) and KSV-21 Automated Updater Kit
  • 5+ yrs. experience in CHIMERA testing
  • Demonstrated expertise in areas relevant to the US Army’s mission, to include: AI and ML; Software development and systems integration; Cybersecurity and Information Assurance; Data Analytics; and Command and Control (C2) systems
  • Basic understanding of DoD acquisition processes and policies.
  • Broad knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and demonstrate understanding of available Cyber infrastructure or platforms to conduct DCO
  • Ability to support timely, accurate, relevant analytical production, to include documents, summaries, issue papers, talking points, and briefings with demonstrated proficiency working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, ability to proactively multi-task and meet short deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex and technical data to nontechnical consumers
  • Able to work across DoD and IC agencies to support organizational goals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated understanding US Army R&D organization & operations and Army CIO/G6 programmatic requirement development
  • Masters’ Degree within STEM field or discipline related to Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile delivery model and DevSecOps framework
  • Demonstrated experience incorporating AI and ML into operations at any level to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operational outcomes
  • Possess advanced technical certifications within field of Systems Engineering such as Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP), or related certifications such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Practitioner Certification, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
