Ability to understand complex cost, schedule, and performance data, and make simple, actionable 15+ years of DoD acquisition experience with no less than two (2) years' experience in Special Access Programs and/or SCI environment within the last five (5) years Extensive acquisition and contract management experience, specifically monitoring program execution and integration of complex programs and systems Experience developing, reviewing and coordinating acquisition documentation such as Statement of Work, Request for Proposal, and Technical Evaluations Must have strong interpersonal skills, be capable of developing briefings and reports accurately summarizing program performance and addressing key issues for senior DAF and OSD leadership, and other DoD offices. Bachelors Degree in Arts, Science, Engineering (MA/MS/ME) required Masters Degree in Arts, Science, Engineering (MA/MS/ME) desired Top Secret, SCI Eligible; SAP experience within last 5 years or SCI in lieu of. Support building and managing acquisition documentation, interface with contracting and financial managers, and assist with monitoring program execution.
