Description

Senior Systems Engineer Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft infrastructure services including deployment, support, optimization, and migration projects. Serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues across Exchange, Active Directory, SQL Server, and Windows Server environments. Maintain hands-on involvement in on-premise server environments, including troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimization. Design and execute migration strategies (on-prem to on-prem, on-prem to hybrid/cloud) with minimal service disruption. Microsoft Platform Expertise Architect, deploy, and support: Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and hybrid) Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP SQL Server (installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning) Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices. Required Qualifications & Experience Mandatory Experience Minimum 6-7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft enterprise technologies. Deep expertise in: Microsoft Exchange (setup, support, troubleshooting, and migration) Active Directory (design, administration, and recovery) SQL Server (installation, configuration, support) Strong on-premise server experience — hands-on exposure is mandatory. Proven experience delivering and supporting enterprise-scale environments.
