Responsibilities:
Arcfield is growing and seeking a Systems Engineer Senior Technical Specialist to support System Definition for their customer’s COMM Directorate. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to facilitate stakeholder requirements definition, architecture definition, requirements analysis and the decisions associated with these activities. (Please note, an offer for this position will be contingent on an awarded contract.)

LEAD SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS DEVELOPMENT

  • Facilitate new requirements analyses, trades, and allocations in order to support the development of enterprise and systems requirements, acquisition strategies, and plans.
  • Support joint requirements definition fora in collaboration with other Directorates
  • Update and maintain the COMM Requirements Management Plan
  • Develop and maintain resolution plan to address TBD/TBR identifiers in the requirements
  • Develop and maintain interface descriptions, requirements traceability, and test/verification criteria
