REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven hands-on experience with Windows Server , Linux/Unix systems , and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities with a structured, analytical approach.
• Effective communicator who can translate complex technical issues for various stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with networking components like VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches .
• Experience working with enterprise hardware, including servers, SAN/NAS storage devices .
• Knowledge of patch management and security hardening of systems.
• Working knowledge of core IT infrastructure services, including:
  o Active Directory (AD)
  o DHCP/DNS
  o Email systems (e.g., Exchange or equivalents)
  o Database systems
  o Web/Application servers

• Lead and support the setup, configuration, and administration of servers, storage, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze recurring issues and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks and improve system reliability.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance activities and perform routine operational checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
• Provide technical support across multiple platforms and perform fault isolation and recovery.
• Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support for mission-critical systems as needed.
