TBS builds people first. Why? Because when we do it right, our people are building a leading financial technology company. TBS has been providing business solutions and financial services in the transportation industry since 1968, but that doesn’t mean we’re old and tired. It means we have the solid foundation and long-standing reputation that comes with time. These days, we like to say we are a 53-year-old start-up because we’re focusing on creating cutting-edge solutions. If you want to be part of the team, you’re in luck. We have an open position in our Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG).
ESG brings their A-game every day and absolutely slays whatever task is in front of them. Whether it’s a colossal challenge or a small piece of an important puzzle, our ESG team leaves at the end of the day thinking: “I can’t believe I actually get to do this again tomorrow.” At TBS, we are developing real products and solutions that have never been seen in the industries we serve. If you have what it takes to be a pacesetter, a game changer, and a visionary thinker—we want you.
You’ll be a fit for TBS if you can demonstrate top-notch skills, the ability to work at a fast pace, and the desire to think creatively. If you’re the type of person who sees challenges as something fun, values collaboration, and wants to be the best YOU—you are on your way to a meaningful and inspired next chapter of your career. Come build real things with us, including yourself!
